We currently ship our products across India and to select international destinations. Shipping availability may vary based on location, product type, and regulatory compliance.
1.1 Domestic Shipping (India)
- We deliver to all major cities and rural areas across India.
- Standard and express delivery options are available depending on the location.
- Delivery partners: We use reliable courier and logistics services such as DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, Delhivery, and others.
1.2 International Shipping
- We offer worldwide shipping to selected countries, subject to import/export regulations.
- International shipping is handled by Global International Courier, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other trusted logistics providers.
- Customers are responsible for complying with local customs regulations.
2. Processing & Dispatch Time
2.1 Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Processing time may be longer for bulk orders or customized product requests.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2.2 Dispatch & Tracking
- Once dispatched, customers receive an email/SMS notification with a tracking number.

4. Shipping Charges
4.1 Domestic Shipping Fees
- Orders above ₹999: Free shipping across India.
- Orders below ₹999: A nominal shipping fee based on weight and location applies.
4.2 International Shipping Fees
- Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and shipping method.
- Additional customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- Import duties, customs taxes, and brokerage fees are determined by the destination country’s customs department.
- Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import charges.
- If the shipment is refused due to customs charges, no refunds will be issued.
6. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Order Modifications: Changes can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If an order is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier service.
- Delays caused by external factors (weather, strikes, customs, etc.) are beyond our control.
- If a product arrives damaged, customers must report it within 24 hours with photographic proof for replacement or refund evaluation.
