We currently ship our products across India and to select international destinations. Shipping availability may vary based on location, product type, and regulatory compliance.

1.1 Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We deliver to all major cities and rural areas across India.
  • Standard and express delivery options are available depending on the location.
  • Delivery partners: We use reliable courier and logistics services such as DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, Delhivery, and others.

1.2 International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping to selected countries, subject to import/export regulations.
  • International shipping is handled by Global International Courier, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other trusted logistics providers.
  • Customers are responsible for complying with local customs regulations.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

2.1 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Processing time may be longer for bulk orders or customized product requests.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2.2 Dispatch & Tracking

  • Once dispatched, customers receive an email/SMS notification with a tracking number.

4. Shipping Charges

4.1 Domestic Shipping Fees

  • Orders above ₹999: Free shipping across India.
  • Orders below ₹999: A nominal shipping fee based on weight and location applies.

4.2 International Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and shipping method.
  • Additional customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Import duties, customs taxes, and brokerage fees are determined by the destination country’s customs department.
  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import charges.
  • If the shipment is refused due to customs charges, no refunds will be issued.

6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Order Modifications: Changes can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If an order is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier service.
  • Delays caused by external factors (weather, strikes, customs, etc.) are beyond our control.
  • If a product arrives damaged, customers must report it within 24 hours with photographic proof for replacement or refund evaluation.
